Payment Methods

This Payment Methods Policy describes the accepted payment options and related terms for purchases made through the online store operated by EREISE Fäktning AB ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, which may vary depending on the customer’s location and currency:

  • Credit and debit cards (such as Visa and Mastercard)

  • Online payment services and digital wallets as made available at checkout

  • Other payment methods explicitly displayed during the checkout process

All available payment options will be shown at checkout before the order is completed.

 

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers. We do not store or have access to full payment card details.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • The payment information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order if payment authorization fails or is suspected to be fraudulent.

 

3. Currency and Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Depending on your location, currency conversion fees may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

EREISE Fäktning AB is not responsible for additional charges imposed by third-party payment providers, including foreign exchange fees.

 

4. Payment Timing

Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and confirmed.

For made-to-order or custom Products, payment is required in full in advance before production begins.

5. Taxes and VAT

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the shipping destination and applicable law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout where required.

For international orders outside the European Union, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully completed, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Suspend future orders from the same customer

  • Recover any costs incurred as a result of the failed payment

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to perform security checks and request additional information to verify transactions. Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, suspended, or canceled at our discretion.
