By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

EREISE Fäktning AB is a registered company operating under Swedish law, with its principal place of business in Sweden.

Our online store specializes exclusively in épée fencing blades and related components thereof ("Products"). We do not sell complete weapons or equipment for other fencing disciplines.

Some Products may be certified by the Fédération Internationale d'Escrime (FIE), while others may not. Product descriptions will clearly indicate certification status where applicable.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Our website and Products are intended solely for individuals aged 18 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

We do not knowingly sell Products to minors.

4. International Sales

We sell and ship Products internationally. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, and use of fencing blades comply with the laws and regulations of their respective country or region.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Proper Use and Assumption of Risk

Fencing is a contact sport involving inherent physical risks. Our Products are intended solely for sporting use in the discipline of fencing and must be used only by trained individuals under appropriate supervision and safety conditions.

By purchasing and using our Products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring proper training, maintenance, and inspection of the Product.

• You assume all risks associated with the use or misuse of the Product.

• EREISE Fäktning AB shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, lack of training, modification, or failure to follow fencing safety standards.

6. Orders, Custom Products, and Availability

We offer both standard stock Products and custom or made-to-order Products.

Custom or made-to-order Products may require additional production time and cannot be canceled once production has begun, unless required by mandatory law.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by EREISE Fäktning AB.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the website and may include or exclude VAT depending on the shipping destination.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the Product has not been used, modified, or damaged, and is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Custom or made-to-order Products may be excluded from returns, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers must contact us before returning any Product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, product designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of EREISE Fäktning AB or its licensors.
